Case management for personal-injury firms
Lexboard runs the whole personal-injury matter — the board, the money, the deadlines, the documents — as one record that reconciles. Built for firms that check the math.

Three acts from Khan v. Southeast Logistics: a phase gate that refuses, a scheduling order read into dated milestones, and a lien negotiation that moves the number the client actually receives.
It plays on its own. Click or tab into it and it stops for good; from there you drive.
✓ Advanced · Demand Sent → Negotiation
The 3 open tasks stay open and stay assigned — an override moves the phase, not the work. The reason is now part of the record.

6 jurisdiction packs compute the dates courts actually enforce. A docket per case, scheduling-order extraction, presuit clocks, and an in-app statute-of-limitations alarm that does not rely on anyone remembering.
Fees, costs, and lien payoffs reconcile on a live settlement statement. Beneath it: trust and operating ledgers, a disbursement workflow, reconciliation records, and check printing.
75 templates, in-browser PDF editing, versioning, true redaction, and full-text search across the file. E-sign is native — the executed PDF lands back on the matter.
Phase gates that warn, block, or require an audited admin override. Client and provider portals, two-way email, and calls logged to the case they belong to.
Define the playbook once. When a matter moves into a new phase, Lexboard spawns the right tasks with the right owners and the right due-date offsets — starting from 73 editable phase tasks.
A phase gate counts open work before you advance. Warn mode shows it. Block mode stops you. Require-admin mode takes a typed reason — and the reason lands in the audit trail, permanently.

Hover or tab the marked regionsTrust and operating ledgers, a disbursement workflow, reconciliation records, and check printing — under a settlement statement that shows every line. Nothing nets silently.
Every movement of money writes to an append-only audit trail your users cannot alter, tagged with the amount — and the tag rides the reversal as well as the payment. A void is as loud as a check.

Audit trail · append-only
The void carries the same money tag as the issue. Creations without reversals are how ledgers lie — this one records both.

Hover or tab the marked regionsEdit PDFs in the browser with a 13-tool document toolkit. Versioning keeps every draft; true redaction removes the pixels, not just the overlay. Full-text search reaches inside every record on the matter.
CaseIntel reads what you upload — splitting combined files, classifying each document, and filing it where it belongs. Auto-organize keeps the folder tree honest as the file grows.
Every AI feature works from the actual matter — the records you uploaded, the deadlines on the board, the parties on the case. Draft a demand grounded in the treatment. Turn a stack of records into a dated chronology. The lawyer reviews every word.
AI is a per-firm add-on, not a per-seat charge. Every firm starts on the Free tier — 40 generations a month with every AI feature unlocked. Paid tiers from $99/mo when you need more. The full tier table is on the pricing page.

Exhibit 01 is a recreation. The trial is the real thing, on your own matters — and getting there is the short part: no sales call, no implementation consultant, no six-week rollout.
CSV import with a preview before anything is written — or start fresh. Migrating from another platform, Filevine included, is assisted: send the export, we help you map it.
Start from 73 phase tasks and 75 document templates, then edit both to match how your firm actually works. Minutes, not a six-week rollout.
Invite attorneys and staff, set roles, and run live matters. 2 view-only seats are included free — referring counsel can watch without a license.
Lexboard is pre-launch. I want that in plain words before the design persuades you of anything.
I built this because a personal-injury file deserves to be one record — the deadlines, the medical records, the money — kept in one place, adding up to the penny. Most software in this market hides its pricing behind a demo call and its product behind a salesperson. I would rather show you the file.
So there are no screenshots on this site; every product image is redrawn by hand and labeled as such. There are no testimonials, because nobody has used this long enough to give one honestly. The numbers on this page are the numbers in the product. If you find one that does not reconcile, write to me and I will fix it the same day.
Bring one real matter. Judge the product the way you would judge any exhibit — on what it shows.
